Pork tenderloin is one of the most tender pork cuts and should be cooked quickly to retain its tenderness. This is not a slow cooker cut. Whether you are roasting at 400°F or grilling pork tenderloin, cook to 145° F and let it rest for 3 minutes before serving. It might be slightly pink at 145 but the resting period will take care of that for you. We recommend you thaw the tenderloin and remove the silverskin. Pork tenderloin can be marinated for not more than 20 minutes. Then wrap tightly with aluminum foil if you are roasting it to preserve its juices and flavour. Don’t forget the garlic butter pads on top before you wrap with foil. Always cook with the fat side up so it self bastes!
