Top Sirloin Roast

A Top Sirloin Roast is a great choice for a special family dinner or when entertaining guests. It comes tied with twine and should be removed from the fridge 30-60 minutes before roasting in a preheated oven. Make sure you cover and let the roast rest before carving, to ensure the juices remain in the meat.
