Tuna

Tuna is a saltwater fish with several major families including Atlantic bluefin, Ahi, Albacore, Yellowfin and Skipjack tuna. We sell Yellowfin and Ahi tuna.  Tuna is a versatile fish, and tuna fillets or steaks can be pan-fried, seared, grilled, or baked. Some people prefer to cook tuna all the way through, but when served in high-end restaurants, tuna steaks are often just seared for a cooked edging around the beautiful raw tuna meat so highly prized for sushi.
